After Ed Sheeran debut single the A-Team managed to be highest selling and highest charting debut single of 2011, he is set to release his 2nd single You Need Me.

The new single will be available on Sheeran’s up comign debut album entitled + which is out September 2011. The British singer also released a self  released EP Album earlier this year, No.5 Collaborations Project. The EP album features urban grime artist Devlin, Wiley, JME and Ghetts.  The album sold over 7,000 copies in its first week and Sheeran gained mainstream attention for reaching number 1 in the iTunes chart without any promotion or label.

The R&B singer is headlining super club Amnesia tonight in Ibiza for I Want My MTV Ibiza. Kelis will be brining her unforgettable live show to the stage of the White Isle’s super-club Amnesia. The live gig is set to be as memorable as Snoop Dogg’s who opened the gig with his live performance last week.

The I Want My MTV Ibiza gig is at Amnesia every Friday for ten weeks as it shows the best artist and DJ’s perfoming live. Other artist set to headline at Amnesia are Robyn, Duran Duran Mark Ronson, 2 Many Djs, Primal Scream.

Loving the track Who Dat Girl by hip hop rapper Flo Rida which features Akon. The track came out end of March 2011 in the UK but hit the US charts in January 2011.

The new single is of Flo Rida’s album Only One Flo Part 1 which has a more dance club style. The album will be followed by his up coming album Only One Flo Part 2 which is set to be a more straight forward hip hop album, set to be released this year.

At the moment we loving the album from Flo Rida which is brilliant for those summer days which mixes up tempo R&B with club dance beats. This is one feel good album which has a mixture of styles and should cater from a range of dance fans to R&B lovers.

Jason Derulo hits number one top spot for the 2nd week with his single Don’t Wanna Go Home. The number one single is the lead track from his up coming second album Future History which is set to be released September 2011.

Dont Wanna Go Home debuted at number one the Uk singles and Uk R&B charts. This marks the second number one single in the UK for the R&B artist with In My Head which reached number one in UK and Australia charts. The R&B star also hit number one in the US and New Zealand charts with his debut single Whatcha Say.

Pete Doherty was sentanced to six months in jail on the 20th May 2011 but has been released after only serving just over a month in prison. The Libertines and Babyshambles front man was sentenced to prison after being filmed taking crack cocaine documentary-maker Robin Whitehead the day before she died of heroin poisoning.

The rock singer became famous to tabloids in 2005 for his romantic relationship with supermodel Kate Moss and his publicised drug addictions. Doherty has also gone on to do modeling for Roberto Cavalli and has recently gone into acting by taking the lead role in a film adaption of Alfred de Musset’s autobiographical novel La Confession d’un Enfant du Siècle.

The troubled rocker could still be in trouble after he allegedly broke into a record shop in Germany and stole a guitar. The event happened in March 2011 and the singer could face up to five years in prison on a charge of “careless intoxication”.

Kayne West’s protege Big Sean has just released his debut album, Finally Famous which debut at number three on the US Billboard 200 albums charts. The 23 year old has been signed to Def Jam via Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label. Sean got his big break through after he went to visit Kayne West who was doing an interview at a radio station. Sean did some freestyling for West and eventually two years later West signed him up to his G.O.O.D. Music record label.

This is one hip hop artist to watch as he looks to become a mega star in such a short space of time. Check out the track below for his second single of the new album entitled ”Marvin Gaye & Chardonnay” which features Kanye West and Roscoe Dash. The new single is out on the 12th of July 2011.

Toddla T releases new video for his new song Watch Me Dance with features vocals from Roots Manuva. The DJ and producer’s new single is his second single from his up coming album which is also entitled Watch Me Dance and set to be released on 15th of August 2011. Watch Me dance is the follow up to brilliant track Take It Back which featured Shola Ama and was the first single released of the up coming album.

After hearing both these songs we cant wait to get our hands on a copy of the new album which is out next month.

This is a brilliant track from DJ Felli Fel called Boomerang and features hip hop stars Pitbull , Akon and Jermaine Dupri. Dj Felli Fel is best known as a dj for LA Power 106 radio, record producer and has now gone to become a recording artist which he is signed up to So So Def/Island Urban Music.

The DJ has produced records for Outlawz, Tyrese, Luniz and R Kelly and has also had song featured in the film Malibu’s Most Wanted and in the soundtrack of the game Midnight Club Los Angeles.

The new track Boomerang is the forth single from his up coming debut album entield Go DJ which is set to be released this year. His debut album looks set to be a huge hit and we cant wait to hear it later in the year.

The British indie rock band The Feeling have just released their third studio album entitled Together We Were Made. The English pop rock band was formed in 1995 and are from West Sussex and London. Their new album was released worldwide on the 28th of June and peaked at number 22 on the UK albums charts. The album comes in two editions with a standard edition and a double disk edition.

The second single from the new album is Leave Me Out Of It which features vocals for Sophie Ellis-Bextor and is set to be released in August 2011.

We are loving the new album and after their first two brilliant albums this carries on the trend with another successful release.

The ex Oasis star Noel Gallagher has annoucned he will be releasing his debut solo album this year. The new EP album will be released on the 17th of October 2011 entitled ‘Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds’ and will feature 10 tracks. The rock album will be released on Gallagher’s record label, Sour Mash Records and will follow a second debut album set to be released in 2012.

The rock band Oasis broke up in 2009 due to the long running disputes between the two brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher. Liam and the remaining member of Oasis decided to form a new rock band entitled Beady Eye after the depature of Noel.

Lewi White releases new track entitled Young Guns which features Devlin, Ed Sheeran, Griminal and Yasmin. The new track features an epic lineup of talent of the five piece artist has just been released on the radio. The highly anticipated track of the year made its debut on Mistajam‘s 1Xtra show last night. The single follows months of rumours, few second teasers, changing release dates and screening parties.

This is a brilliant song and perfectly allows each artist to perfom their set and to show of their skills. The official video should be released soon directed by Carly Cussen but for now check out this copy of the song from youtube.

Little Bad Girl is the new single from French DJ and producer David Guetta. The new song is the second single from his up coming fifth studio album, Nothing But the Beat. The new track Little Bad Girl features hip hop rapper Ludacris and RnB singer Taio Cruz.

The new song was released on June the 27th worldwide and is another brilliant track to add to Guetta’s list. The new song mixes Guetta house beats with the urban hip hop and rnb vocals from Ludacris and Cruz. Listening to this song we cant wait for the up coming album from Dj dance king which set to be released this year.

 The French Dj and Producer, David Guetta has just released his new single Where Them Girls At. The new track features hip hop rappers Nicki Minaj and Flo Rida. The new single is from David Guetta’s up coming album entitled Nothing But the Beat which is set to be released in September 2011. The song peaked on the Uk dance chart at number one  and debuted at number three on the UK Singles Chart, marking Guetta twelfth top twenty hit.

The new track combines eurodance with r&b with a great music video to accompany the summer tune.

The Leeds indie rock brand Kaiser Chiefs have released their forth studio album The Future Is Medieval. The new album is a return after three years since their last album Off with Their Heads, released in October 2008. The Future is Medieval was recorded over 18 months at  various locations and a physical release was released on 27th June 2011.

The band was formed in 1997 in Leeds and took their name from the South African football club Kaizer Chiefs.

Bestival 2011 which is an annual music festival based on Isle of Wight will see the Icelandic singer Bjork close the festival on Sunday night. Dance king Pendulum will headline on Friday with indie band The Cure on Saturday. The annual music festival which was started by Rob Da Bank will be Bjork’s only outdoor festival apperance this year.

This year Bestival will also host performances from musical stars including Brian Wilson, PJ Harvey, Kelsi, Magnetic Man, The Maccabees, Primal Scream, Annie Mac and many more.

Bestival is an award-winning boutique festival taking place between 8 and 11 September.
