At Urban Cove store we offer Free Delivery to UK addresses so the price you see is the price you pay. Please be aware that deliveries to addresses outside the UK do not qualify for free shipping.

 

Delivery Addresses

For security purposes your first order with us can only be shipped to your billing address.

Unfortunately fraudulent use of credit cards still exists and this is one of the ways we ensure that no one is using your card illegally. High value orders are vetted for security reasons, although this shouldn't effect the time to process your order. We hope you understand that this requirement is for your protection.

 

Delivery Times

The following delivery times are an approximate and are not guaranteed.

UK: All our products will be dispatched with Free Delivery via Standard UK Mail. Goods are usually received within 2 - 5 working days. Please note depending on the value of the item, it may require a signature upon receipt.

International: We also ship overseas via Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery.

Europe : Shipping to Europe destinations are subject to a flat rate charge of £3.99. Goods are usually received within 5 - 7 days.

Worldwide : Shipping to Rest of the World destinations are subject to a flat rate charge of £7.99. Goods are usually received within 7 - 10 days.

 

Please Allow up to 21 Days for Delivery. Under Royal Mail / Courier terms & conditions, all delivery times quoted are approximate. Claims for non delivery must be made in writing via the 'Contact Us' section within 28 days of date of dispatch notice.

If there are any unexpected delays that we are made aware of then we will contact you by email.  If you wish to cancel your order at this time, we will provide a full, no quibble refund.
