Unwanted Items

Goods must be return to us fully packaged (original packaging), unused and in a re-sale condition at your cost. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is faulty, damaged or an error on our behalf.

 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item which is faulty, damaged or incorrect please let us know within 3 days of receiving the goods for either a full refund or replacement. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item and we will pay the cost of the postage for the returned parcel. We test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage costs.

 

Returning Goods

At Urban Cove store we do not accept liability for parcels damaged during transit and for non-delivery of returned items. We therefore recommend the goods are wrapped in a safe and secure method and to use the Royal Mail insured delivery service.
